Over its 22-year history BS Private Equity completed 68 direct investments for a total equity investment of approximately €950 m, as well as more than 100 add-on acquisitions from its portfolio companies. The average equity investment per deal increased from €4 m in IPEF I to €8 m in IPEF II, to €14 m in IPEF III, reaching €34 m in BS Investimenti IV.
