CastFutura manufactures  components for appliances and heating equipment, with leading market positions in Europe, Middle East, North Africa and Poland. The company is based in Italy, and it has manufacturing facilities in Italy, Hungary, Egypt, Bulgaria and Poland. CastFutura recorded total revenues of €40m in 2009. CastFutura's strategy is focused on expanding the current product portfolio, aiming to strengthen its role as a key supplier of components for its relevant industries. BS Investimenti IV and BS Private Equity together with management, arranged the management buy-out of CastFutura in 2005, acquiring the  control from a number of private individuals. This investment aims to support the company as a leading actor in the consolidation currently undergoing in its relevant markets.
