Paolo Baretta
Managing Partner
Joined BS Private Equity as an investment manager in 1990 and became partner in 1996. While at BS Private Equity he managed the acquisitions of QubicaAMF Worldwide, Tecnowind, and IP Cleaning, of which he is a director. He also managed the acquisitions and the divestitures of STC, Celaschi, De-Ta, Digitek, Sigma, Deroma, H&MP and Euphon, for which he followed the floatation procedure. He is also a director of PM Group and Mediacontech. Paolo received an MBA from CUOA, Vicenza, and an Economic and Social Sciences degree from Bocconi University, Milan.
