Joined BS Private Equity in 2002 as partner. He follows CastFutura, TINet and Tecnowind, of which he is a director. He also managed the acquisition and divestiture of Klopman. In addition, he structured the debt facilities for the investments in Eagle Pictures, Logic Control, Carapelli, and IP Cleaning. Previously, Paolo was an executive director at Goldman Sachs, where he focused on Credit Risk Management, Credit Rating Advisory, and Leveraged Finance. Paolo received a degree in Economics and Business from LUISS, Rome, and an MBA from NYU, Stern School of Business.
