Joined BS Private Equity as an investment manager in 1997 and became partner in 2002. She follows PM Group, of which she is a director. She also managed the acquisition and divestiture of Sicurglobal. She is also a director of TREI and TINet. From 1993 to 1995 she was active in the mathematics department of the University of Rome, focusing on algebraic geometry (knot theory). Lidia received an MBA from Bocconi University, Milan, and a Mathematics degree from La Sapienza University in Rome.
